Internet Explorer 64-Bit Problem with Flash PDF Print E-mail

Special Note for Internet Explorer Users

If you are seeing a box with a red "X" rather than a video player, most likely you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 64-bit version. Flash is not supported in 64-bit browsers. You can view the videos in another browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari) OR by switching to the 32-bit version of Internet Explorer (already included with your system). If you wish to use the 32-bit version, follow these steps:

1) Click the Start button (Windows icon in the lower left of your screen).

2) Click "All Programs."

3) Find the listings for "Internet Explorer" and "Internet Explorer (64-bit)". Click on "Internet Explorer" (not 64-bit).

4) Open this site in the browser that opened when you clicked in step 3.
